Departure time: Please be at school at 11:45am as we aim to leave by 12:15pm on Sunday 12th June.
The coaches will be in the car park next to the canteen. Holdalls / small cases should be left with school staff in the car park / placed on the appropriate coach before the children report to the school hall. Children should ensure they have been registered by either Miss Austin (Blue group) or Miss Gozzett (Green group) in the school hall on the Sunday to avoid a late departure.
We will be making a short stop on our way to Grosvenor House for the children to eat their lunch. We then expect to arrive at Kingswood at approx. 2:30pm on Sunday afternoon.
Arrival back at Hamstel School will be at approximately 4:00pm on Wednesday 15th June. You will be sent a text message after 2:30pm on Wednesday afternoon to let you know if we are on schedule.
Please only contact us in case of an emergency. The children will not be allowed to phone home during their stay.
