Each year children in each class vote for one of their peers to represent them on our school council.

Christmas Jumper Day
Christmas Jumper Day was another very successful fundraising event for our school council. Money raised on the day for Save the Children totalled £376.40. Thank you to everyone who donated.
Children in Need
Our school council raised money for Children in Need in the autumn term by selling Fun Booklets and their special Children in Need competition sheets. On the Friday the children sold specially made Children in Need biscuits for 50p.

Poppies
Thank you to our school council for selling poppies to their classmates and raising funds for the Royal British Legion.
Harvest
Thank you to everyone who donated to our Harvest collection for the Southend Foodbank. Our newly elected School Council worked hard to create displays of all the donations.
Southend Foodbank is a charity which works hard to support families in crisis. We are proud of our community links and know how grateful the charity was for everyone's kind donations.
